Chords identifier plugin problem

With refer to below Message I send my request again .

By the way because I need this app for my tablet ( Ipad ) too ( Indeed buying it ) I ask if possible adding Piano keyboard ability to this application as it is for this on Windows OS .

I think it is very very helpful for anybody that trying to learn piano playing so I will check it on iTunes .

At the end again appreciate for your beautiful software designing for Windows and also for IOS too , Of course as I told I should be wait that you add piano keyboard for this IOS app .

Dear Technical Team

Recently after many past years I have tried rebuild and renew my old music knowledge and instrument play ability , so after refer to some of the sources as many books and some of software I remember for example MuseScore as one of them .

With refer to my software bank I found and install it on my PC with ( Windows 10 ) , I found it should be upgraded to the next version as 2.1.

I download and installed new one , after check it I found so many good and new point were added on .

For one of my need I found there are some plugins more you offered , so I tried get and add it as described on through your Site as :

After adding it I tried to check how it works on by , for example chords identifier and the test result was as below ( the page as gif type format attached ):

The chord sign is added up any notes on sheet music, after this and after many times I have performing this software ( about 5 up to 15 times use opening and closing this software through different past days ) .

On the last time use of this software it could not work , trying again and again but the performance result on my monitor was as below ( the message page as pdf type format attached ):

I tried performing this software again but it was impossible so I guess probably that plugin could be the reason so I deleted it from the place is described on the Site as below :

Installation:

Plugins are for Musescore 2.0
1 - Put the plugin (.qml) in the MuseScore/plugins folder basically :
The drive program is installed on, for example
C:/users/%USERNAME%/Documents/MuseScore2/Plugins
2 - Restart MuseScore

3 - Enable the plugin in "Plugin Manager" (you can also associate a shortcut)

Software is working now but I couldn't use that plugin again.

Please check it if I am on mistake let me know how could I use Chords identifier or any like ability may is and I didn't know for .
