Calling it “Arco” works when undoing pizz., however the same function is used to turn off tremolo. I’m not a strings expert, but I’m pretty sure Arco is not an indication to stop tremolo-ing.
To give some more detail: "Arco" is normal for strings, if nothing is noted we play using the bow. And--as stated above--the marking "arco" appears only in the score where a change from pizzicato to arco (=normal) occurs. The end of a tremolo is generally self evident and does not have to be marked for human players. For playback you have to set it back to "normal" but no marking in the score is required.
Well, it's correct form the perspective of what appears on the score. "Normal" is perfectly appropriate for describing Mixer channels, though - actually, I think "Default" would be even better. Not ruling it out, just pointing out that it really is something a bit different.
Normal could differ among the player though. Generally, arco is the normal way of Playing, but you could always argue something else.
Arco is the Italian word for bow, making it a specific direction.

I mean that the channel for string instruments called normal should be called Arco. It is more correct.
