TAB appearing still, when deselected.
I've made up my Style, changed options (by right clicking) in Edit Stave - in particular deselected the "Show Clef" so the word TAB doesnt appear, and then Saved the Style. With a New score, apply Style and the word TAB appears! I'm guessing this is not an option that can be saved as part of Style, then?
I am also confused with the three fonts Style - Emmentaler in one page, Musescore Tab Sans for Frets and Musescore Tab Modern for Notes.
Sorry these are minimally important things but it is the very devil going round the various pages of options accessed in different ways - though an axcellent program!

Staff properties are indeed not part of what gets saved in a template (well, more accurately,they are not part of what gets loaded from a template.
Not sure what your question is about the different styles options. Emmentaler is the font for standard notation - notes, clefs, articulations, etc. The different tab fonts are for tab only.

Kind of you to answer. It is such a clever program that I find it hard to see what does what, as with the three sets of font. As I’m only writing Tabs you’ve probably answered it!
