Corruption when removing a local time signature following a time signature change in the pickup measure

2.1 and 2.2 dev. versions / Windows7/10

1) Load this file (three staves, 4/4 time signature, and 3/8 pickup measure): time local.mscz

2) Add a local time signature (same as the initial one, ie 4/4) in the second staff, second measure
So: time local1.mscz

3) Change the time signature in the pickup measure: for 3/8

4) Remove the measure 2, where was added the local time signature

5) Save/Close/Reload: time local corruption.mscz

Result: corruption
