Accidental double login and double log out

Hey, I tried to make a new account so that I could post new scores (currently I don't have the money to be able to pay for premium) however I was already logged in on my old account (poppecorn). My new account (poppecorn3) was just activated and there was a 'double log in'.

I logged out of poppecorn (as it requested me to) and it said "access denied". Then I tried to log in to poppecorn3 and it didn't work because it said the account was blocked or something like that.

Could someone help me with this?

(Also on this account - poppecorn, I have a group that I want to delete. Something along the lines of 'Competition - Write a Symphony in a Month!'. it's from quite a few years ago).
