How to edit individual barlines
Hello everyone
I've noticed that if I edit one barline, all "similar" barlines get changed as well. But I don't want that. I want to edit just a few barlines, not all of them. In particular, I want the barlines at the end of lines to span all staves, but I don't want any other barlines to span more than 1 stave.
I can edit maybe one or two end-of-line barlines, but then suddenly MuseScore applies the style to all barlines, even barlines in the middle of the lines. And... (is this a bug?), Ctrl+Z does not undo changes to barline styles, so as soon as MuseScore decides to update all barlines, I have to start all over again.
How can I edit individual barlines without having to worry that MuseScore will unilaterally update all "similar" barlines?
Thanks
Samuel

Hold the ctrl (cmd on Mac) key while dragging the end of the bar line. You can only do this on one bar line at a time.

Thanks for the tip -- I'll try it.
In the mean time, I managed to do it by instead of dragging, rather type in the numbers into the dialog. So far, so good.
