Lyrics spacing by instrument?
I'm trying to find a way to efficiently manage lyric spacing between different instruments. The first half of this piece (screenshot) is to be sung in unison with an organ accompaniment and the bottom part is sung in parts (SATB) a cappella. I've been trying different settings, but I always end up with either too little space on the top staves or too much space on the bottom staves. Any suggestions? I'm attaching the file as well.

Add a Stave spacer or (I have reset the Page settings):
Click on the left hand of the piano, hold Shift, and drag down slightly with your mouse;
Right click on the lyrics-> Select/More->Same stave
Open Inspector (F8) to adjust the offset

Yes!!! That worked. I've been using Musescore for years and I didn't know those existed! Thank you so much.

You're welcome.
For us in Italy the song is 'Noi canteremo gloria a te' ;-)
Buona musica!

Thank you again. I learned two new things thanks to your response. Yes, I agree. Buona musica! I direct a small choir at a Traditional Catholic church (all in Latin). I enjoy the work of many of your fellow countrymen. Lorenzo Perosi, Antonio Lotti, Palestrina, Carlo Rossini, and others. Italians are born with musical talent in their blood. :)
