How to add multiple measure rests adjacent to multiple measure rests without program grouping all measures together?
How do I create multiple measure rest followed by bar line adjacent to multiple measure rests followed by bar line without the program grouping all measures together? Ex. 8 measure rest, bar line; 6 measure rest, bar line; 8 measure rest, bar line.

Use double barlines to break multi-measure rests.

MuseScore automatically break multimeasure rests all the places that would normally do so - double bars, key and time signatures, rehearsal marks, tempo changes, repeats including DS, coda, etc. So it should virtually never be necessary to override thi using the setting in Measure Properties. but, the setting is indeed there in case you have some special reason to want to break a multimeasure rest even though none of those things is happening there.
