Waltz style score

Is the time signature 3/4?
Perhaps you need a pickup measure (to align the strong - weak - weak beats).

Sounds like a waltz style - 3/4 time - to me.
Turn on the metronome and listen.
(What are the Segnos for?)

Maybe change the instrumentation...?
Guitar is not a sustaining instrument.
Strings sound more legato:

Or play around with rhythm to get feeling of "flow", if you want something like this (I only changed the first measures, used more eight and dotted quarters ).

Actually, that was conceived as a more Paul McCartney 'Junk' oriented.
