Save the score to your user templates and use it as a template. When you do this, all of the notes and titles and so forth will not show up in your score. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/create-new-score#user-templates-folder
For the record, though, that's basically already just the standard SATB closed score template. So if you start from that when creating a score via File / New, it should already be set up pretty much like that (might be some small details that differ, not sure if there is some particular aspect you are wondering about).
