This is what happened when I tried to import a PDF into MuseScore
I tried to import a PDF of the oboe part for Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 4. The result is definitely not Mozart. Please improve the software...?

The experimental PDF import facility is actually provided by a web service running the Audiveris software. Any issues with how it performs should be addressed to them.
