Horizontal scrolling doesn't work in continuous view

I set critical because it is impossible to use Continuous View anyhow.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 3.0.0, revision: d1e759d

  1. Open attached score
  2. Switch to continuous view
  3. Scroll the view to the end of the score
    Result: it is impossible to scroll view more than 1 page width with acceptable gaps.
