Addition dynamic options for battery (9 and 3) (9 and 6)

It is sometimes difficult to hear when a battery instrument is accented and when it isn't. A solution to this would be to add a system property to dynamics where you would be able to select the dynamic of articulate and non-articulate notes. Example in the file. This can also work for wind instruments.
