How to use the MDL Sampler

So, I really want to add in samples and sound effects into my scores, but I don't know how to use the MDL Sampler. Is there any chance someone knows how to use this? Could someone on the Musescore staff create a tutorial for this as well for future reference? I think that would be great. Thanks!
