Want to write in Gb Major but keeps changing too Fsharp major
Hello, i am trying to write in Gb major but the system keeps changing it too F sharp major. How can I make musescore use the key signature I want please?

How are you telling MuseScore you want Gb major? Maybe you are writing for transposing instruments like trumpet or clarinet, you are using E major as the key signature in concert pitch? if so, then this is indeed the correct transposition, and it's usually actually better (easier to read for people accustomed to transpositions that add sharps). But if you want everyone else to be in E except for the transposing instruments, there are ways of forcing this to happen. See for example https://musescore.org/en/node/260491
