Can't increase staff distance

Five_Russian_Songs_for_Flute_Violin_Cello_and_Percussion-Flute.mscz

In the above file when I open it in Musescore and go to Style/General/Page and increase the Staff Distance and click Apply, nothing happens.

With only one instrument you need to adjust the Min. system distance. Staff distance is the distance between instruments.
