Easy enough to generate examples, but here's a simple case.

I would suggest automating what I said in https://musescore.org/en/node/279451#comment-875021 rather than moving items, which seems to be the only avoidance implemented.
Given those potential complications, as I said, I think just making sure the dynamic in this case moves slightly to the right is the important thing.
Still outstanding in MS 3.3.4.
