Sound clipping

Hello there, so I have basically only used mallets from MS3, and have noticed a lot of clicking noises. This used to happen before in MS2, but once I would just restart the program it would fix itself, but I haven't found such a solution for MS3 yet. I can still hear what's going on, but it's a little annoying.
It sounds almost like the end of a recording whenever the mic turns off, so I'm wondering if maybe there was a poor sound clipping at the end of the notes that is causing this, but I honest don't know, and I don't know how to fix it unfortunately.
Any help would be appreciated.
