Capo chord location

IWBNI the capo chord function gave the composer the option of where to locate the capo chords. Beside the concert-pitch chords gets really spread out really fast, unless MS3's current inability to insert chords in the right places automatically takes over; then you have a train wreck that you can't fix without increasing stretch, which often looks very bad. So please give us the option of putting capo chords over the concert-pitch chords. Thank you.
