Crashes inputting new meter when glissando crosses bar line

Every time I try and input a new new meter over this glissando that's crossing a bar, Musescore crashes. I couldn't even delete the one that I had there to return to the old time signature. I tried adding different time signatures other than the one that worked for it, however it still crashed when placed on the bar with the glissando crossing the bar line.

How I 'fixed' the problem:
deleted the glissando, added the time signature I wanted, then re-added the glissando.
