Distorted reproduction of some instruments

The pianos of some libraries, such as the Steinway of the "Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra" or the Kawai Upright Piano, but also some other instruments not included in the default library "MuseScore_ General.sf3", sound in a distorted way, with a fake stamp and like altered, once installed.
Is there anyone who has experienced the same thing? Can it depend on the PC sound card?
