Triplets
I have a piece that is entirely made out of triplets and it is annoying to make a new triplet bracket every measure. Is there any way to switch triplet note input to default?

If every measure is a triplet, I would put a time signature that does not require triplets to be entered. for example use 12/8 rather than 4/4. You can then right click the time signature and change the displayed value as appropriate. There will be no brackets in this case, though it is possible to force some if you want them.
The alternative is to fill the measures with triplets in advance. If the triplets are made from 1/4 notes, fill a measure with 1/4 rest. Select the measure and press ctrl+3 to turn them all into triplets. You can then select the measure and press R to duplicate the measure. A big disadvantage is that you will have difficulties copying and pasting into these measures. You can easily hide the brackets if you don't want to see them.
An optional sticky mode to enter triplets is an old request... If you insist hard enough or even better implement it yourselves it could be available one day...
