Automatic fixing of "corrupted" measures/bars when importing MIDI and/or old MuseScore version files

When we import some MIDI files, and/or old MuseScore version files, we get, from time to time, some "corrupted" measures/bars (incompleted or out-of-range).

Why not to add an automatic function to fix this? ???

The command could have to versions:

1) Full automatic way (not user activity, with the risk to lose some measures completely).

2) User dependable (program looks for the problems, alert the user, and the user decides what to do).

Just a suggestion!!!
