Musescore 3 - Measure Re-sizing

I have several scores, originating from midi sources, in which each measure is always 1 page wide.

I have tried Layout stretch to increase or decrease horizontal space between score elements (notes, rests, etc.) but this option has no effect (although it seems to work in other scores).

I attach a sample for your attention.

The notes are too crowded, you can try to decrease the scaling value in Style/Page Settings
