Copy and Paste the Rhythm without changing the notes.

On my score, I have quite a few spots that I would like to copy a rhythm and paste it onto an existing measure without changing the notes of the the existing measure.
For example, I would like to copy the rhythm from measure 2, staff 1. and paste it into Measure 4 staff 1. But keep the notes in measure 4 the same.

I saw a plug in for this already, but it is .js and not compatible with the Musescore v3. Can someone help me out and post a current plug in for this? or tell me how to convert the JS to the newer one?
