How to change voices on a tuplet
I am trying to paste two tuplets over each other (of different values). I know voices can be used to take say whole and half notes over each other, but how do you do this with tuplets?

Same way as not tuplets? It's not totally clear what you are trying to do, attaching your score and descirbing in more detail would help. But in general, if you current have music - tuplets or otherwise - already entered but in the both in voice 1 (presumably in different places), then to copy one over the other, you would use Tools / Voices to exchange voices 1 & 2 in one of the passages, then take the other passage and copy & paste it on top of the one where you moved the notes to voice 2.
