MDL Noteheads
How can I get a note head to change to a diamond or triangle on snare for backsticks? I am using the MDL feature in Musescore 3 and I can only add normal black noteheads or noteheads with parentheses.

To change the way noteheads are displayed for different drum sounds, click the "Edit Drumset" button in the drum input window, this allows you change noteheads, lines, voices, etc. See the Handbook under "Drum notation" for more info.
