How to break apart 2 words or Lyrics

I have 2 words/Lyrics that I cannot split apart or have a space inbetween but need to.
These are the 2 words as they apear now: praiseThee
I've tried everything. It seems as though the measure is to full but it is not.
I have tried the arrow keys, and the space bar, everything bumps me over to the next measure and no change.

Are they both under the same note? If so, press ctrl+space to put a space between them, otherwise just delete them and reenter them properly.
