Add a second part for a single measure
I think it would be useful especially for drumline parts if you could add a second part to one instrument in the music, such as this:

Add the same instrument again. Enter all notes on that staff. Right click the staff, choose staff/par properties and check Cutaway. You probably want to check Small staff also.
