Adding a Frame > Insert Horizontal Frame: HELP
Greetings!
I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I'm having with frames.
I want to insert a horizontal frame to a measure. In previous versions of MS the icon would appear and I would be able to go into the inspector pallet and offset my measures. However, when I insert or drag a horizontal frame, the measures move, but the icon is invisible.
Any advice would be appreciated : ) Thank you

Hi, you probably unchecked "Show frames" under View menu.
Easier to know if you post the score file (not a picture of it).

Hey,
Yes, Show Frames is checked, but when it's added to the score, it's not visible. Any other ideas?

There's a bug with the display of frames on single-lines staves - see [#V]. The frame is indeed there, but only as tall as the staff, which is not very :-).

So, this one: #283438: No way to select horizontal frame with one-line staff
Workaround: right-click the staff -> Staff properties -> Lines: set to 2 or 3 etc.
Or, via Instruments dialog "I" (change staff type to 3-lines staff).
And revert afterwards, after editing frames.
