MDL Add-on

I just downloaded Musescore 3 with my new laptop and the first thing I did was download the MDL pack. When I go to make a new score Musescore only lets me listen to the effects of the first three options when you go to 'Marching Instruments' and click and Snare, Bass, and Tenor drums. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have an asus laptop if that helps
