Playback Disabled

Hi, I'm using Raspberry Pi 4, with 1 GB Ram. The Playback button is disabled, and even the View->Synthesizer is the same. The score plays in Raspberry Pi 3 (1 GB Ram) however. I have used the command: mscore -F for reverting to factory default, but that too does not enable the play button. Version used is 2.3.2
