How to Delete a measure, Tools -> Timewise Delete not in menu

Hi,
Using Musescore 3.2.3.7635 on Windows 10.
Per this page, https://musescore.org/en/node/20240
to delete a measure, use Tools -> Timewise Delete
I have no Timewise under the Tools menu.

I used to use Ctrl+Delete, but that does not work any more.

Maybe to update:Tools->Remove Selected Range?

Thanks for the suggestion, but Tools -> Remove Selected Range does not work either. It has the Ctrl+Del shortcut next to it, which is what I tried first manually.

Well, I stopped Musescore completely and restarted. Now Ctrl + Del works, as does Tools -> Remove Selected Range, as does right-click context menu on the measure -> Remove Selected Measures. Just a hiccup, I guess.
