Not all notes are playing back

I'm using the MDL extension and haven't really had any problems with things. But I transcribed some bass line stuff (I wanted to hear my audition materials), and one of them has two parts of straight 16ths. The first two measures are unison bass hits and play perfectly, but the rest is split, and not all notes play.I mean, the rhythm it generates isn't bad at all, but I'd like to hear all of them lol. The score is attached, it's the last two segments at a tempo of 108. Any ideas?

Edit: this is for pretty much all of the splits in the attached score. And answers to this would be nice.

This has been happening to me as well. All tenor sounds are fine, but the snare and bassline sounds are not all playing. Unison snare hits are not playing as well as some bassline notes.
