When I imported the midi file, happened what I called "MIDI problem.png"
How to fix it? Help me, please.

This looks more like the result of an import rather than an export.
But very likely that is the best accurate notation you can get for the playback information in that MIDI file.
Where did the file come from? It very likely contains timing inaccuracies, which MuseScore dutifully is showing you.

Yes, I mixed up import and export.
This is a MIDI file of Le Festin d'Esope. I downloaded a few days ago, and I do not remember the name of the site.

Be aware that MIDI is a playback format, not a notation format.
Also note that during import you have some configuration options (such as turning on/off the "human performance" checkbox) that can influence the extracted notation.
Often it is best to first pre-process your file with an actual MIDI-editor to remove the inaccuracies before attempting to turn it into notation.
