When I add a vertical frame over the first staff, a big gap is added between the title frame and the vertical frame.
To reproduce:
1. Create a new score (or open one)
2. Drop a vertical frame over the first measure

You go to inspector>vertical frame>top gap and decrease the value to solve the problem.
