MuseScore 3.4.2 with Kontakt Player 6 - MacOS
I'm interested in connecting MuseScore to an instrument library I have in Kontakt Player 6. Most of the posts involving Kontakt are for Kontakt Player 5 and MuseScore 2 so I was wondering what the best way to accomplish this would be in the latest version of MuseScore on MacOS. Thanks.

I'd expect the best way to be quite similar.
Configure the MIDI out of MuseScore and then configure Kontakt to pick it up.

How do I configure it though is the question. The dropdown menu has no options.

THen I guess Kontakt must not have installed the necessary device drivers to be visible to other applications? You can try using JACK to connect instead.

JACK no longer works on MacOS.

Have you tried with the 3.5 alpha? As far as know it should work on all operating systems.

As far as I can tell, Mac OS 10.15+ is not supported by JACK. Unless MuseScore has part of JACK builtin so that it's able to be used without installing the software, there isn't a way to get the software working. Is there another method I can try that you know of? I've been hunting for solutions for a while and everything is either Windows/Linux exclusive or is outdated and no longer works on Mac OS 10.15+.
And sorry for the late reply.

Did not realize you could do this. Thanks for the tip.
