TouchOSC + Musescore 3

Hello there. I've been searching for how to use TouchOSC with Musescore 3, but hadn't find nothing useful. Is there full support of this combo? Could TouchOSC be used fully in conjunction with MuseScore 3?

I know there's no documentation. But who could kindly explain how to connect the TouchOSC app (on Android) to MuseScore 3 (Windows 10)? I already managed to install the app on my phone and to connect the phone to my desktop PC (as the host), but then I'm unable to continue. Is there someone who managed to use them? Thank you.
