Adding [a] page(s) before a score

Hello again. So I was wondering whether or not I would be able to add an introduction to a score (e.g. explaining certain articulations or irrational time signatures), such as one seen at the beginning of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg9gOhvx6Rk
If possible, how would I be able to do this?
