Lost image

In the part "Lied" of the file "Wundheilung" there my image can't be selected anymore. What can I do?

With the file "Postlied" only one part adopted the image.

I hope that these bugs can be removed before Musescore 3.5 is released.

Select the image in the main score. Right click all Similar Elements->Ctrl+R
Or add a new image and do as I said above.
It could be a side effect of manual adjustments, dragging and not using Inspector.
