Musescore.com should be able to use non default sound fonts without having to sync a youtube video to your score. This would save time so you don't have to manually sync up the measures

If you use
File → Save Onlinefrom within the notation software, you have a checkbox that allows you to upload your locally rendered audio alongside with the score.In reply to If you use File → Save… by jeetee
