MuseScore doesn't make any sound

Hi everybody, I have an issue with MuseScore 3.5 and I really need your help.
It doesn't make any sound at all and doesn't play the scores, also, the mixer and the synthesizer are disabled. Timeline is occasionally disabled, and when it's not, it doesn't display anything.

I've already reverted the factory settings and it hasn't helped.
I've already reverted all I/O preferences to default and nothing happened.
I've uninstalled MuseScore and installed it again and still nothing has changed.

I work on a 2015 MacBook Pro with MacOs Catalina and the only weird thing I've done to MuseScore was changing the properties of the Bb Clarinete to make it work as an A Clarinete.
Also, I've checked the Audio and MIDI settings on my laptop and everything seems to be fine.
