Play Microtonal Accidentals
Do they work? I tried inserting a half sharp on a piano note ( :) ) but didn't work... Could it work for every instrument? I also mean half flat, and sharp/flat-and-a-half.

There are plugins available in at https://musescore.org/en/plugins with various ways to tune micro tones. This is not built into MuseScore.
