Other Temperaments

I know we already have the option to change the tuning of a specific note, which allows us to do other Equal Temperaments (e.g. 5-TET and 17-TET). But I am wondering how I would write it without having to change the tuning of the note each time (e.g. every time I input a Gb it will always remain 20 cents sharper in the specific score that it is in). It's kind of hard to explain
