Add mute to individual measures
I am unable to mute a single measure for mp3 purposes. The only way I can make a measure silent is by marking it the lowest dynamic available.

If you set the user velocity for all of the notes to 0 (as opposed to offset velocity) the notes will be muted for playback. pppppp does the same thing as you noted elsewhere. I haven't tested removing the check from Play in the inspector for MP3 export, but it should mute it as well.
