Full bar rest
I have an empty full bar rest. All other full bar rests are in place, except this one. I cannot find any way of entering any rest (full bar or otherwise) in this particular bar.

Did this fix what you are talking about? I selected measures 1-2, exchanged voices 1 & 2 twice then deleted everything so the voice 2 rests will be deleted.

It should also work: Click measures one, Shift+right arrow->Del.
