alto flute
There is Alto flute (G flute ) in the choise of instrument score (orchestral) but I cannot find in the mixer as an instrument flute sounding down a 4 rth from the written score while there are other transposed instrument

Sounds in the mixer don't "transpose" by themselves (unless someone botches the soundfont deliberately). Transposing instruments are handled by the staff/part properties of the instrument.
