Problems with notes
Hello! I need to urgently write notes in this format:
I can't do it in any way, I can't think of anything, help me please.
And another problem.. In some notes, which have a size of for example 2/4 in the middle of the notes there are 2 half notes, but I do not see anywhere that they complement the bars, i.e. they fit into the size (7/8 or 4/4) and by some miracle 2 whole notes can fit into the framework of this bar. How do I do this?
Sorry for that description.. Screenshot below

Do you mean this notation?
If so, then what you are identifying are tremolos, and their usage is described in the Handbook here:

I meant that how is it that in the 4/4 scale of the second piano part there are 2 quarter notes and 2 half notes when the score is 4/4 ? With all this, in the first batch the notes coincide with the size of 4/4 and in the second one they do not (I.e. in the first part there is a score of 4/4 and in the second 6/4 I do not know how to do this)
I do not know how to describe it..
I just can not write in the size of 4/4 notes as shown in the picture. When I try to do this, I can only enter 2 quarters and 1 half, but not 2 quarters and 2 halves

Have you looked at the handbook page indicated by DanielR?
1. Input the notes at half the desired final duration;
2. If a single note, select the first note of the pair; if a chord, select any note from the first chord;
3. Click the desired symbol in the Tremolo palette (double-click in versions prior to 3.4).

@alexjays2018
Perhaps an example from Wikipedia notated in MuseScore will help to explain tremolos?
The attached score shows the "before" (Step 1) and "after" (Step 2) for the example.
And as @Shoichi mentioned, do please read the Handbook page for the precise steps to follow:
