So where do I go to create my music? I just need to re-write a bari sax part. I downloaded everything but where's the tab to even START!!!!

Assuming you actually downloaded the MuseScore notation program on your computer, not something else like a mobile app for reading and playing scores only, then just click the note input button at far left of the main toolbar to start, then enter notes by selecting a duration and then the pitch.
