Request: add ability to edit Time Signature properties in the Pallete panel

Currently, once a custom Time Signature in the Pallete panel is created, the user isn't able to modify the properties of that Time Signature in the panel. Instead, the user has to recreate the time signature, or drag it into into the Master Pallete first. Please consider adding the ability to modify custom Time Signatures directly through the Pallete panel (e.g., add an option to the right-click menu which would automatically add the custom time signature to the Master Pallete?). In other words, integrate the Pallete Panel options with the Master Pallete.
